Our research-informed assessment method
Career Map AI draws on established research frameworks: the Big Five model of personality traits, Holland's RIASEC model of vocational interests, self-reported skills and preferences, and structured occupation profiles. Deterministic scoring and matching formulas combine these inputs to produce explainable career-exploration estimates. Narrative reports help you reflect on those results and plan your own development.
These scientific frameworks have published research behind them, but that does not establish independent psychometric validation of this particular questionnaire, its career-matching algorithm, or its readiness score. Results depend on self-reported answers and model assumptions; they are not diagnoses, employment eligibility assessments, or hiring decisions.
How the current report is generated: Questionnaire answers are scored by predefined formulas. Career comparisons and readiness estimates use fixed, explainable rules and occupation profiles. The current report-writing pipeline assembles personalized explanations and development suggestions from programmed templates; it does not call an external generative-AI model. The platform's name does not mean an AI model independently chooses a career. These estimates are intended for reflection, not employment eligibility decisions.
Research background: Goldberg's International Personality Item Pool (IPIP); Holland's RIASEC vocational-interest theory; occupational-information frameworks such as O*NET. Specific country and occupation data coverage may vary.
