CareerMap AI is built for evidence-based, ethical career guidance. Here's exactly how your data is used.
What we collect
Your name, contact details (email and optional WhatsApp), demographic context (country, city, gender, date of birth), career status, goals, and the answers you provide during the assessment. We do not collect location, browsing history, or anything you don't actively give us.
How we use it
Your data powers your personalized assessment and report. With your explicit consent, we may also send you occasional career-development updates, tools, and offers — never more than a few per month. We never sell your data.
How your results are calculated
CareerMap AI scores are produced only from validated psychometrics (Big Five, RIASEC), your stated work values, your skills and experience evidence, and labour-market data for your target country. No other signal influences your recommendations, and your results are never used as a hiring or employment filter.
Storage & security
Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. Access is restricted to authorized administrators on a need-to-know basis.
Your rights
Under applicable data protection laws (including the UK GDPR), you may request access to your data, correct it, restrict or object to processing, request portability, or have it deleted entirely. Contact support@careermapai.org.
Cookies
We use a minimal set of cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality, authenticated sessions, and aggregate analytics. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles.
Marketing consent
We only send marketing emails to users who explicitly opt in on the lead capture form. Every email contains a one-click unsubscribe.
Children
CareerMap AI is intended for users aged 16 and older. If you believe we have data about someone younger, contact us and we'll delete it.
