CareerMap AI is built for evidence-based, ethical career guidance. This notice explains how personal data is handled and how to contact the operator.
What we collect
Your name, contact details (email and optional WhatsApp), demographic context (country, city, gender, date of birth), career status, goals, and the answers you provide during the assessment. We may also process technical data such as device, log, cookie and approximate location information needed for security, analytics or service operation, depending on enabled integrations.
How we use it
Your data powers your personalized assessment and report. With your explicit consent, we may also send you occasional career-development updates, tools, and offers — never more than a few per month. We never sell your data.
How your results are calculated
Recommendations may use questionnaire responses, career interests, stated values, skills, experience and occupational reference data. AI-assisted outputs can be inaccurate or incomplete and must not be treated as clinical diagnoses or guaranteed hiring outcomes. We do not provide employers with individual assessment results without an applicable lawful basis.
Storage & security
Data is processed through the hosting, authentication, database and other service providers configured for the platform. Access is restricted to authorized personnel. Specific retention periods, subprocessors, storage regions and security controls must be verified against the deployed configuration before publication.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of personal data, or request portability. Some information may need to be retained for legal, security or transaction purposes. Contact support@careermapai.org.

Essential cookies and similar technologies support authentication and security. Analytics or other non-essential technologies, if enabled, should be disclosed and controlled through the applicable consent mechanism.
Marketing consent
We only send marketing emails to users who explicitly opt in on the lead capture form. Every email contains a one-click unsubscribe.
International processing & retention
Service providers may process information in other countries. Any international transfers must use protections required by applicable law. We retain personal data only as long as needed for service delivery, security and legal obligations; the exact retention schedule requires operational verification.
Children
CareerMap AI is intended for users aged 16 and older. If you believe we have data about someone younger, contact us and we'll delete it.
