Refund & cancellation policy
This policy applies to eligible Career Map AI purchases if and when paid products are offered.
Refund requests
You may request a refund within 30 days after purchase by emailing support@careermapai.org with your order reference and the email used at checkout. We review requests under applicable law, the purchase terms and the payment provider's refund rules. This window does not limit any mandatory statutory rights.
Digital reports and delivered services
Where a report has been generated, downloaded or a digital service has started, applicable statutory exceptions and any valid checkout consent may affect cancellation or refund rights. We will not deny rights guaranteed by applicable consumer law.
Recurring subscriptions
If subscription plans become available, the billing interval and total charge will be displayed before purchase. For orders sold by Paddle, you may cancel future renewals through the buyer portal linked in your confirmation email or Paddle buyer support. Cancellation prevents subsequent renewal charges; it does not automatically reverse charges already processed. Any refund request is reviewed separately.
Payment provider
Where Paddle is identified during checkout as the Merchant of Record, Paddle is responsible for processing the transaction and administering applicable taxes and refunds under its buyer terms. Paddle Buyer Terms govern purchases sold by Paddle, while our platform terms govern use of Career Map AI.
