Ownership
All material made available through CareerMap AI — including the assessment methodology, software, algorithms, models, design system, brand identity, graphics, written content, generated reports, and AI-produced analysis — is the exclusive property of DS888 Holding or its licensors and is protected under United Kingdom and international intellectual property laws.
Assessment methodology
The CareerMap AI assessment methodology, scoring approach, and career intelligence model are proprietary trade secrets. They may not be reproduced, reverse-engineered, derived from outputs, or used to train, evaluate, or develop competing products.
Software & algorithms
All source code, machine learning components, prompts, weighting structures, data schemas, and underlying logic are confidential and proprietary. Access to the platform does not transfer any rights to this code or its derivatives.
Design & brand
The CareerMap AI name, logo, typography choices, color system, visual language, marketing copy, and product UI are trademarks and protected works of DS888 Holding. They may not be copied, imitated, or used to imply endorsement.
Reports & AI-generated analysis
Reports generated for a user are licensed to that user for personal, non-commercial use. The underlying templates, structures, narrative engine, and generation pipeline remain the property of DS888 Holding.
Unauthorized copying & commercial use
You may not copy, scrape, crawl, mirror, redistribute, sublicense, sell, or commercially exploit any part of CareerMap AI without prior written consent from DS888 Holding. Automated extraction of content or results is prohibited.
Trademarks
"CareerMap AI" and the CareerMap AI logo are trademarks of DS888 Holding. All other trademarks referenced on the platform belong to their respective owners.
