These terms govern worldwide use of Career Map AI, operated by Siham Daghoury under the Career Map AI name. By using the platform you agree to them, subject to your mandatory consumer rights.
Acceptable use
You agree to use CareerMap AI only for lawful, personal, or authorized professional purposes. You will not misuse the platform, attempt to disrupt it, access it through automated means, or use it in ways that infringe the rights of others.
Individual self-guidance only — no employment decisions
Career Map AI is currently offered to individuals for personal career exploration, learning, and development. We do not offer employer-facing candidate screening, recruitment ranking, hiring recommendations, or automated employment decisions. You must not use another person's assessment, scores, recommendations, or report to make or materially influence decisions about recruitment, employment, promotion, dismissal, education, credit, or other consequential opportunities. Career matches and readiness scores are exploratory estimates for the individual user, not measures of hiring eligibility or professional certification.
Assessment disclaimer
CareerMap AI provides career guidance and direction based on a proprietary multi-dimensional model. Results are guidance, not certainty. Your context, effort, and decisions ultimately shape your professional outcomes.
No employment guarantee
CareerMap AI does not guarantee employment, interviews, salary outcomes, or placement in any specific role, organization, industry, or geography.
Not a psychological diagnosis
CareerMap AI is not a medical, clinical, or psychiatric service. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace professional mental health care. If you are experiencing distress, please consult a qualified professional.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your account credentials secure, and for activity on your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the platform.
Intellectual property
The platform software, original design and methodology belong to the operator or applicable licensors; you retain rights in information you submit. Reports may contain third-party or AI-assisted material. See our Intellectual property page for details.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of CareerMap AI, including decisions made on the basis of its outputs.
Service availability
We work to keep CareerMap AI available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may evolve, and we may modify or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice where practical.
International availability
Career Map AI is a digital career-guidance service intended for an international audience, subject to applicable local laws and any country restrictions displayed at signup or checkout.
Purchases through Paddle
Where Paddle is identified as the seller at checkout, Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and authorised reseller. Your purchase is subject to Paddle Buyer Terms. Paddle handles transaction processing, applicable sales taxes, receipts, and refund administration. Career Map AI remains responsible for the product and account support.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Paid plans must disclose the price, currency, billing interval, features, and renewal terms before purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. For Paddle purchases, cancel using the buyer portal linked in your confirmation email or through Paddle buyer support. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period and does not automatically refund past charges, subject to applicable law.
Refunds
Refund requests may be submitted within 30 days of purchase for review. For orders sold by Paddle, submit requests to Paddle buyer support, subject to Paddle's Refund Policyand mandatory consumer rights. This request period does not guarantee approval. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-product or by email where appropriate. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
International consumer rights and disputes
Nothing in these platform terms restricts mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. For purchases sold by Paddle, its Buyer Terms, including applicable country-specific provisions, govern payment-related disputes. These platform terms separately govern use of Career Map AI.
